DID I EAT BADLY TODAY FOR A 14 YEAR OLD GIRL? TRY TO LOOSE WEIGHT! HELP!!!? - in jazz dance what is the cake dance

Breaky:
diped pineapple cottage cheese, low fat (75 CAL group) of values
Water (0)
a slice of toast Bodywise (45 CAL)

Lunch:
more fruit with cottage cheese and later (75 CAL again)
some soda crackers (65 CAL value, exactly)
some pita bread / DIP Package (160 CAL)
Water (0)
and a biscuit (75)

After school snack:
Water (0)
and a biscuit (200, because he was taller)
Cream cheese with a few things more fruit this time (with 40 CALs)

Dinner:
2 slices of the body as (90 CAL)
Water
1 / 4 cup egg salad (low fat cottage cheese Madde May Insted to save on calories)

it was good, except for chewing and spitting is actually very serious and can be dangerous if it is a habit ... do not.

You try, it sounds as if you had an eating disorder.

Sun and will not work.
Firstly, it is not too much or too little, or nothing at all.
Secondly, to chew things up and spit? Yes, it works well. Probly still atleast 70 out of 90 calories.
And finally, it is still nearly 1,000 SCL.

Weigh your size and how much do you know?

... Is that all? Sorry, but that's nothing. Could it be, if your 4'11 and 100 pounds. If you told us your height and weight, that would be useful, but from what I read, so little. You should eat a minimum of 1200 calories per day. In fact, the average person should get about 2000 calories a day and then I'd say you're 14, you are not eating enough. Remember, not obsessed about calories, because if you do not eat, could not stop enough in this age continues to grow!
