It has to do with sound, but not the clay model.
But you can use foam to make cosplay cat ears, and if so, how is it done? Visual would be nice. if available.

Most doughs are not working on this project, because all dry. Should be achieved mainly that the air dried or oven dried. Sculpey should be dried in the oven, but it is extremely hard and durable after drying. You can also try to pick up some Crayola Model Magic, you will find anywhere where the trade results for children, often in CVS (it comes), in many different colors. Dry Model Magic in the air is best for the job.
Yes, you can styrofoam, so very different from work and fragile when it's over. If you use a bead of white foam (Styrofoam), you can build with a sharp knife, razor blade or a hot wire / knife. After that formed around you can relax with fine sandpaper. A word of warning, if you need glue for this application to be very careful that the glue foam is formulated. Many glues will melt the foam in contact. If you are unsure, have a piece of foam and will be treated first. The foam will be stronger if it with something when you're done, pSnow making or fabric would be good.
Good luck!
